Dear Mecuda USA, NGO leadership, Good day and hope this email will meet you all in good spirit and health. Please update Mecuda.com website with current information on upcoming MN 2010 Annual Cultural Jamboree and NGO status. Reason why the updates are necessary and urgent: As of today the information we have on the website is old meanwhile we have given out invitations to VIPs and regrettably to hear that ,information regarding the upcoming Minnesota Convention is not posted as of today, and NGO information is incorrect. Please, update to reflect MECUDA NGO status. We are missing a lot if our IT position is not given special attention it's deserves. We believe Nobody is infallible, but not when we're constructively informed, but we elect to ignore. Recommend MECUDA set aside the IT department with funding, say offer this position as a part time job. Yes we can, we should have money to fund this, remember we need to create jobs so as to make money for MECUDA and to provide social services to our community and others and not only depend on membership registration fees as our main source of revenue to run MECUDA NGO-Business not as was conducted in 1994. Though MECUDA initiative depends highly on volunteerism. However, we also encourage some stipend as we're matching on to victory.. Brothers and sisters, not staying on top of things when it concerns making time for things that are important such as our community development and progress does not look well for the future of our NGO-this only tells the World who we are. We send a different message when we direct friends, visitors to visit our website with the hope of keeping them inform about WHO WE ARE, WHAT WE ARE DOING , WHERE WE STAND, WHY WE ARE DOING THIS OR THAT, it is therefore critical to keep up to-date information. As of today,there is no information on our website about Minnesota 2010 Convention and the status of your NGO still 501 3 (C), INSTEAD OF 501 (c) (3) per IRS Status. Yes , the visitors are correct, www.mecuda.com does not have current information about upcoming MN convention and NGO status as of today. Now is not time to apportion blames, this recommendation is intended to help us make necessary corrections/adjustments to our main tool of communication, gateway to success as we look forward to engaging, inviting others to join hands with us in the rebuilding process that will provide a better future for our Clan, children, cultural heritage and in unity as a family. We have over the years, made several recommendations to MECUDA leadership, ideas, recommendations that would help us prepare our generations to be able to embrace great challenges ahead and propel them to exceeds the standards. However, We are not sure if truly anyone of these recommendations were or are acted upon. Please you may have inadvertently ignored or ignore previous recommendations, but not this one, update MECUDA website with current information. It may be okay for us but not Ok for the rest of our partners, friends (world) that are preparing to join hands with us in the rebuilding process of our Meta Clan. Please this is a very critical time for all of us to pray and plead to Almighty God to bless the process for our Clan Head with his delegation to have a successful visit to the USA. As HRM Majesty's is here in attempt to meet families, friends and assist in garner support to help our Meta families, clan , brothers and sisters living back in OUR Meta clan. As a good father, father of all children he things every day on ways to make life better for all his Children, less privilege.

Two committees:
i) Committee in USA and others outside home branch: Discuss Funding
ii) Committee –Home branch: “ultimately it will be those in the village responsible for their own contacts in bringing electricity to their homes and that of their neighbors. The Department of Water and Power and the electricity company would both be great places to start, but the way this would work best is if those on the committee said what they needed to take the time to go talk to these people, and let THEM work out the details. The ZATACUDA International and National branches can just help support these committees by funding them and then checking on their progress to make sure that things really are getting done.
So, we really don't need a committee on OUR side of things, but rather, just to make sure that they are prioritizing their needs and that we keep supporting the council when they come together and decide that this is where they'd like to use their funding. “ -Steve (Mbang Meta in USA)
Meta Clan Head Vehicle:
Transportation Committee: Duties: - HRM needs a means of transportation to do his official business in and outside of the Clan and assist people children and neighbors . Eg, His Royal Majesty, our Clan Head should no longer travel on official business say Mankon, Bafut, Batibo or to Yaoundé, Douala to visit his commarades via public transportation or by Taxi.
This might have been discussed during the MECUDHA AGM that took Place in Zang-Mbeng on 18 December 2010. If not then the committee will initiate. We went and we saw
Medical Doctor or Nurse: case workers in need
Meta needs at least 2 Case worker nurses or doctors who can assist in those living in the remote parts of the Clan and cannot travel 10 miles to the closest First Aid center. Bongob, the rate at which most unreported cases of love ones in our Meta Region of the World are dyeing away from simple preventable health situation is on the rise. Someone should STEP in and try to help. Yes, we can.
Roads from ZangMbeng to Acha Tugi, Tudig, Bome, Nyen, Medig, Gunekwu, Mbemi, Mbengwi, Ngyen-Mbo are bad.
