JRFI-USA is happy to be a partner JRI-USA Education Cultural Awareness Job Training and Leadership Retreat and Festival Academic education and job skills John Retreat Foundation International -USA,INC , (JRFI-USA, INC) is a 501c3 Tax exempt organization that is committed to the mission and objectives of academic education, training and development job skills, sustainable cultural awareness within the United States of America and abroad. During the month of March 2018, JRFI-USA,INC will be hosting the educational and the cultural awareness festival, called JRFI-USA Light of Cameroon. Event to be held at Evergreen Church community hall in Peachtree City Georgia, USA. Goal: In the United States, the grant will support JRFI-USA educational and Cultural Awareness seminars, workshops, retreats and presentations to more than 10 churches, Non-profits, for profits organizations, corporations, individual’s leaders, groups and communities, promote language exchanges within communities in Atlanta, Peachtree City, Tyrone and outside of Georgia. During the March event, JRFI-USA, INC will host between 400-500 people at the Light of Cameroon festival, and garner financial as well as volunteer support. A portion of the fund raise from this event will go to support the JRCCA American Corner in Kwojeoh Meta, JRCCA Village Library Village Enterprise women empowerment in Cameroon, Africa over the past years, there has been a significant increase in number of people of all ages from the villages seeking opportunities for learning and discovery. The Library has an urgent need for English-speaking volunteer teachers, women empowerment entrepreneur professional/consultant, architect/engineer, nurse volunteer, and a farmer with experience in modern techniques in agriculture to help local farmers at JRCCA HQ Kwojeoh help trained local farmers in more than 28 remote villages in Meta communities and neighborhoods in Cameroon. Approximately $12000 will support purchase of supplies, books, computers, printers, digital camera, telephones and equipment for an English-speaking volunteer teacher at the center.
